Your music and local profiles

The app stores profile names and avatars, preferences, playlists, practice history, goals, saved scores and MIDI recordings in its app data or the Files location you choose. Profiles are local identities, not online account registrations. Shared device settings and score resources may be available to other people using the same installation. Keep backups of important files.

Connections and optional downloads

MIDI messages pass between the app and the input/output devices you select. Optional score conversion sends the file you choose to the companion service/address you configure, with its access token. Sound-bank downloads and external resource/license links contact their respective providers, which may receive normal network information such as your IP address. Files you export or share go to the destination you select.

This website

This website has no account registration, contact-submission form, advertising tracker or analytics script added by Bach to Piano. Its hosting provider may process technical request information for delivery, reliability and security. Email links open your email application; they do not silently send messages.

When you contact us

We receive the address, message and attachments you send by email. We use them to respond to your request, understand issues and improve support. Send only the information needed for your question. You may ask us to delete your support correspondence, subject to any necessary recordkeeping.

Your choices

Manage profiles, recordings and supported deleted items in the app. Review exports and diagnostics before sharing. Removing the app can remove its locally stored data, so back up first. For questions about access or deletion of information you sent us, email [email protected].

We may update this page as the app or services change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
